The best fit is someone who is thoughtful, capable, and ready to take responsibility for their own development.
They do not need to have all the answers.
They do need to be willing to examine themselves, train their thinking, and engage sincerely with the work.
A Fit-First Engagement
Every engagement begins with a 30-day exploration phase.
During this period, we work together directly to determine whether the relationship, the process, and the timing are the right fit.
If either side decides it is not, the engagement ends and the full fee is refunded.
This allows the individual, family, or advisor to explore the work carefully, without risking time, money, trust, or reputation.
